Form 21 — Data Deletion Request

Per Section 11 of the Litzinger Cloud License Agreement.

Purpose

Form 21 is the official mechanism for requesting deletion of your personal data after your CloudOS account has been deleted. Legal, security, and transactional records may be retained as permitted or required by law.

Before submitting

Sign in and delete your account from Settings » Account » Delete account, OR confirm below that you have already done so.
Submit Form 21 from the email address you used to register.
Eligible records (profile data, posts, files, messages, blob attachments) will be purged within 30 days. Encrypted backups may carry a longer retention window.
