Form 20 — Intellectual Property Transfer Request

Purpose

Form 20 is the official mechanism by which specific intellectual property created by, or contained within, the Litzinger Cloud services may be assigned, transferred, or released to a named recipient. Until a Form 20 has been countersigned by the Operator, all materials remain the exclusive property of Zachary Litzinger.

Instructions

Identify yourself and the entity (if any) requesting the transfer.
Describe in clear, specific terms the work(s) being requested. Vague requests will be rejected.
State the intended use, distribution scope, and whether exclusivity is requested.
Submit. The Operator will reply via email with acceptance, modification, or rejection.
